Can I create my own undergrad degree?

I’m thinking about going back to school to finish my undergrad degree, but I’m at a complete loss as to what my declared major should be. My problem is that I have so many interests that I can’t seem to find a degree program that encompasses everything I want to do. My list of interests include:
I love anything related to design, i.e. Architecture, Graphic/web design, Interior design, & Environmental design.
But I also like computers. Computer animation would be really fun. Or…Information technology would be interesting (But I’m mostly thinking about the big paycheck & most of my research indicates IT is the wave of the future.)
The list goes on…
Architecture (but in this economy, what are the chances of landing a job in this field?)
Graphic Design (only b/c I have a 2 yr diploma in this area & I figure w/ my previous education, this would be the fasted degree to obtain.)
Environmental Design
Interior Design (Again, only b/c I have 9 yrs of experience in this field and a 1 yr. diploma in Kitchen/Bath Design from a local community college.)
Law (I want to make a lot of money & my family really wants me to pursue this one)
Human Resourses (I like helping people & I like the power I’d have in this position)
Business (To me, this would be so boring, but I’m obligated to feel that this is the most logical way to go b/c it’s so versatile. However, it seems that everyone is getting a degree in business so I feel like I’ll be just like everyone else.)
So is there a way to bring all of my interests together under one degree? If so, what would you call it? And…where can I go to get it. I’m open to schools in the MN or western WI area and all online programs.

Interior Design Degree.on the side?

I am 18 and a freshman in college with many general ed classes done.
I have not decided on a major, but I love interior design and have worked with CAD and took a highschool course with it.
I do not want interior design to be my only income, so im looking to get my Masters Degree in Counseling in the future.
Anyways, I was wondering if it would be possible to take some summer online courses to get some sort of degree in interior design so that I can do it on the side of my counseling career.
Would this be a smart thing to do or am I wasting my money?
Would it be too time consuming to work as a counselor and for an interior design firm?
Which design school in UK is most prestigious in interior design?

I want to take some interior design classes. Please give some suggestions.
Suggestions on Art colleges?

I’m thinking about going to an art college.
Actually, I really want to. I have several choices for
majors and things like that
-interior designing
-fashion
-architecture
those are my main three choices right now.
I go to an art highschool.
My choice of colleges are:
-MICA (Maryland Institute College of Arts)
-Parsons The New School for Design in New York
-Chicago Institute of Arts
What would be the best choice for my three choices of majors?
Or if you have any other colleges you want to recomend, please do!

Which major requires more ART SKILLS? HELP?

Advertising design, interior design, industrial and product design, visual communication design
I am a senior student who is going to graduate this year and am accepted by a few tops art schools in the US such as School of the Art Institute of Chicago. However my financial situation does not allow me to study abroad. My only option is to stay in my country and apply to this polytech university which offers the design programs above. I have good artistic skills in painting and drawing so unfortunately the majors above don’t allow me to show my talents.
Which major do you think is best for me and requires more of drawing and painting?
Which one requires less “computer and graphic” kind of stuff?
My math and physics are pretty poor so I don’t know if I can take interior design.
I am deeply in need of help. THX
